ABS Series Grand Prix – Limerick 2026

We’re proud to announce that the ABS Series will host its first-ever European Grand Prix this November in Limerick, at Southside Barbell.

This major event — Series 29 Limerick — will feature three competitive divisions:

​

• Division 2 (Novice) – for new and developing lifters

• Division 1 (Intermediate) – for experienced athletes.

• Under 23 Division – our annual showcase of rising young talent​

​

No matter your level, this will be an exciting, highly competitive meet, bringing together lifters from all over the world to compete for glory in Limerick.
