The ABS Series: A Platform for Everyone

The ABS Series is open to anyone ready to test themselves on our platform.

We offer three open divisions to suit lifters of all experience levels:

• D2 – Novice

• D1 – Intermediate

• PRO-AM – Advanced

Alongside these open divisions, we also host our invitational events: ABS PRO, Clash of Titans, and Rumble.

Despite the ABS Series being renowned for its elite lifters, 60% of our entries come from Novice and Intermediate lifters. This proves that our platform isn’t just for the best of the best  it’s for everyone looking to challenge themselves, compete, and improve.

Compete at Your Level

We take scores achieved outside the ABS platform into account when determining the appropriate division for each lifter.

​

For example, if you’ve achieved a 349 DOTS score in another federation, you would enter the relevant division based on your score and category, ensuring you compete against lifters at a similar level.

​

Our goal is to make every competition competitive, fair, and rewarding, regardless of your division or experience.

​

No Membership Required

There’s no membership required to compete in the ABS Series. Simply choose an event, enter your division, and get ready to compete.

​

If you achieve a higher score in the meantime, your division will automatically be adjusted to reflect your current level.
