The ABS Series is open to anyone ready to test themselves on our platform.

ABS has three open divisions: D2 (Novice), D1 (Intermediate), and PRO-AM (Advanced).

Outside of these three open divisions, we also host our invitational events: ABS PRO, Clash of Titans, and Rumble.

Depsite the ABS Series renowned for elite lifters 60% of entries come from Novice and Intermediate lifters showing that this platform really is for everyone.
