Welcome to ABS Divisions!
To find out which division you belong to, please refer to the images below. If you're unsure of your ABS points, don't worry – you can use the calculator provided.
New to the platform?
You'll start in Division 2, but if you compete and achieve a score that qualifies you for a higher division, you'll be automatically promoted. Remember, you can register using either DOTS or ABS points, whichever gives you the better standing!
WEIGH-IN INFO
Weigh-in times will be communicated via email to all lifters, usually no more than 24 hours prior to the lifting time. For example, if your division is scheduled to start at 15:00 on Sunday, your weigh-in slot will be available starting at 15:00 on Saturday.

Welcome to the ABS Series! Our unique promotion system is based on points, meaning your performance directly influences your progression.
Starting in Division 2, newcomers will compete to earn their way up to 1, and from there, you can advance to the PRO-AM division.
All divisions are open for entry without the need for invites, and we also host special divisions like Teens, U21, U23, and Masters at select events.
