Deadlift - Deadlift Bar
2.5m Wraps or Knee Sleeves (7mm)
Elbow Sleeves / Compression cuffs allowed in Squat & Deadlift.

Bench Commands - Start, Press, Rack (Head Down, Heels Up)
Deadlift - Down command only
3 Attempts with attempt changes allowed twice on the last pull.
