ABS Series Grand Prix – Limerick 2026
We’re proud to announce that the ABS Series will host its first-ever European Grand Prix this November in Limerick, at Southside Barbell.
This major event — Series 29 Limerick — will feature three competitive divisions:

Division 2 (Novice) – for new and developing lifters

Division 1 (Intermediate) – for experienced athletes.

Under 23 Division – our annual showcase of rising young talent
No matter your level, this will be an exciting, highly competitive meet, bringing together lifters from all over the world to compete for glory in Limerick.
