LIFTING:
Saturday June 15th 
Sessions: 
1 - 8:00AM: Light Weight Flight 
2 - 15:30PM: Heavy Weight Flight
- This is based on Body Weight. 
 
Requirements: 
Open to Male & Female 400 dots or below. 
 
Winner based on DOTS Formula overall sessions. 
 
COMPETITION EQUIPMENT.

Squat – ER Rack Power Bar 
Bench – Power Bar
Deadlift –Deadlift bar
2.5m Wraps or Knee Sleeves (7mm)
Elbow Sleeves / Compression cuffs allowed in Squat & Deadlift.
 
Warm up room equipment will match the platform equipment along with adequate plates and allocated racks.

GENERAL RULES

The rule book is based off the IPF rule book. Notable acceptations are:
Squat Commands - Squat & Rack
Bench Commands - Start, Press, Rack
 
Deadlift - Down command only 3 Attempts with attempt changes allowed twice on the last Deadlift.
 
Elbow Sleeves are allowed in squat and deadlift but not in Bench.
T-shirts are allowed off in deadlifts
Head down and heels up for bench
2.5m wraps only
2 attempt changes are allowed on deadlifts, bar can never go back down in weight.
Openers can be changed once up to 3 minutes before the flight starts via issues attempt slips.
Any lifter deemed dumping the bar on squat will be disqualified from the meet.
Lifters will received one minute to commence the start of the lift once bar is loaded and signaled from head referee.
Lifters can not approach the referees and must speak to the TC PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!

Entries are non transferable and non refundable.
Once you have bought your spot you can not sell this to a 3rd party.
 
A Coach pass must be purchased .
This is to ensure no over crowding in the warm up room.We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual.Lifters under a current anti doping ban are not permitted to enter this event.

DO NOT BUY DIVISION TICKETS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED DOTS FOR. ANYONE DOING THIS WILL HAVE THEIR PLACE REMOVED.

If you have recently made the dots for the division above your purhcase, your place is not gaurenteed also as we have release a set amount of spaces 
for Flights. You can lift as a guest lifter in your purchased Division unless a spot becomes available. 
E.G Division 2 lifter makes Division 1 qualifying dots in another competition before this, your spot in the Division 1 Flight is not gauranteed but you can still compete, as a guest lifter in Division 2. 
 
You will also not be refunded for this competition if your qualifying dots are above Division 2. 
 
IPF LIFTERS All IPF lifters are subject to Anti Doping rules and may be tested by Sport Ireland (Irish WADA affiliate) on the day of competing.
This is to comply with IPF Rules.
No lifter currently serving an Anti Doping violation is permitted to enter this competition.
